Job Description


As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our company's success. This position involves in-depth research, sourcing, and engagement activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand the requirements of open positions and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and other advanced search methods to identify passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Researcher or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent research, sourcing, and networking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
