Join our community that values respect, care, and continuous growth.As the Reservationist: Accommodation and Events, you will respond to all enquiries and proposals efficiently and offer service excellence.Part of your role will be to update rooms and event bookings daily regarding all enquiries and ensure that all guest profiles are updated accurately at the time of booking. You will produce all documentation for group accommodation and event/function bookings.Requirements:MatricHospitality-related Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)2 years experience in Reservations and/or Front OfficeComputer Literate, including MS Office and Opera or Property Management SystemsPrevious relevant experience at 4* establishmentCompetencies:PlanningPresentingInitiativ eSituational awarenessFlexibilityService-orientedAdaptabilityThe hotel offers:An empowering environment.A remuneration package including risk benefits21 working days leave per annumOther company benefitsTraining and development opportunitiesPlease submit an application if interested in the position.
