If you have a passion for guest satisfaction and are excited about being a part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.Qualifications and Requirements:Grade 12 qualification required; Hospitality qualification is advantageous.Previous experience in a similar reservations role.Experience in administration, ideally within a property or real estate environment.Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Reside within a 15km radius of the Atlantic Seaboard/Cape Town CBD.Familiarity with self-catering apartments and/or Airbnb processes.An individual who is adaptable and enjoys working in an evolving, growing structureA team player with a positive attitude and a professional demeanour.Key Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for guests, managing reservations, arrivals, and departures with a friendly and efficient approach.Coordinate with guests and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless guest experiences.Get to know potential guests, understanding their preferences to match them with the ideal property.Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.Keep team members updated on guest check-in and check-out times.Address guest concerns and work with the team to resolve any issues promptly.Respond to guest reviews with professionalism and care.Produce good work without supervisionAssist with Admin tasks.Our Hiring Process:Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief introductory call.Well invite you for an in-person interview to meet our team.References CheckIf successful, a paid trial day (R350/day) will be arranged to assess fit and allow you to experience the role firsthand.If needed, a second trial day may be requested before making a final offer.Application Process: Please submit your CV together with a compelling cover letter outlining your experience and how this role aligns with your professional goals to apply below apply below .za. by October 28th, 2024.
