Reservations and Cape Town booking specialistA hospitality booking and reservation company based in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Reservations and Cape Town booking specialist to join their growing team.
The suitable candidate should be able to accurately and timeously create and capture reservations and create and market tour packages and deals for the international guests coming to visit our beautiful Mother City!Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements:
- Good geographic product knowledge of Cape Town and South Africa and neighbouring countries
- Experience in designing day tours and Cape Town tours from start to finish as well as culinary, exhibition, culture, heritage, wine tasting and many more bookings
- Experience working on salesforce, tourplan and other CRM and reservation systems
- A Team player and enthusiasm to assist colleagues and our trade partners and clients
- Energetic and have a passion for learning and training our travel trade partners and clients
- Time management: ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines as well as getting back to all enquiries in a timely manner
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Be professional and offer high service levels at all times
- Ability to handle pressure and volume - be able to multitask
- Build relationships with key travel trade partners and suppliers and partners
