We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Reservations Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Luxury Boutique Hotels, Game Lodges, or Tour Operating backgrounds, and must be passionate about reservations and excited to see the availability calendar fill up.Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and responding to emails to assist customers in making, altering, or cancelling reservations.
• Providing accurate and detailed information to guests regarding reservations, facilities, rates, and events.
• Advising customers on ongoing promotions, available upgrades, and local tourist attractions.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• Processing payments, sending confirmation details, and accurately recording customer information.
• Assisting with the maintenance of online rates and distribution of rates to the trade.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guests, trade partners, and other service providers.
• Championing the Property Management System (PMS) to ensure optimal utilization and support for onsite staff.

• Over 4 years of experience in Luxury Boutique Hotel, Game Lodge reservations, or Tour Operating backgrounds.
• Passionate about reservations and dedicated to providing outstanding service.
• Impeccable phone and email manners, strong communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team members during busy times or absences.
