The Reservations Manager will be responsible for leading the very strong and efficient team. Manage, mentor and motivate the team in order to achieve service excellence and meet targets. Develop and manage all reporting, oversee the booking process and guide the reservations team in order to maximize occupancy. Ensure smooth communication enhancing the guests overall experience from start to finish. Attend local travel shows, building report with existing and new agents. Financial acumen is a must for this role.
