Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join a reputable construction company in Cape Town, to work on a project in Strand36 month contract Starting SeptemberResponsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the successful execution of construction projects
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards
- Supervise construction activities and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
- Prepare and present reports on project status, budget, and quality
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Candidates with experience in Civil, Roadworks, or Concrete
- No professional registration required
- Minimum 5 years of on-site experience
- Ideally based in Cape Town (no relocation costs available)
