Job Summary Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (BEng, BSc or BTech).
Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
