Their investment, management, and sales approach has positioned them as a resilient leader and a model for the industry. Operating in four countries, they have carved out a niche in housing and have become the market leader in certified green housing. They are seeking an Investment Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, who will work on projects all over the Nation.Reporting to the Senior Investment Manager your role will have you sourcing and validifying new investment opportunities in the housing space, by conducting market research, feasibility assessments and due diligence. You will present potential deals to the relevant committees, review legal documents, negotiate terms, structure agreements, and finalize deals - all aimed at achieving annual investment targets and ensuring project returns. Additionally, compiling weekly update reports and managing client relationships will be key responsibilities of your position.Business Developers with in depth experience in transaction management are required, with a relevant Bachelors Degree and 3-6 years of real estate investment experience in affordable / residential developments.
