Job Description
Trafalgar Durban is searching for a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Residential Letting Agent
The candidate must be:
Computer literate Willing to work under pressure and meet targets/deadlines
The responsibilities for the Letting Agent listed in summary but not limited to, includes:
View and photograph new and existing listings before advertising Advertising of units on social media Placement of To Let Boards & Property wanted boards Arrange viewings and show vacant units to prospective tenants Attend to walk in clients and telephonic enquiries Completing application process and necessary vetting for tenants Conducting ingoing inspections if required Attending to client queries Management of emails Other letting duties as advised and not limited to the above
Requirements
Matric Own vehicle and valid driver's licence Full Status Fidelity Fund Certificate
