The Residential Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and smooth operational efficiency, enhancing the overall guest experience while managing a dedicated team.Description

  • Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Foster a welcoming atmosphere and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions. Ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Implement effective scheduling and task management to ensure efficient operation.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgetary expenses, including procurement of supplies and services. Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and standards. Conduct regular inspections to guarantee a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the facility and attract guests. Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to drive occupancy and revenue
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
