Residential Property Accountant

To ensure the business remains at its smooth-running pace, they are looking for a Residential Property Accountant who will be responsible for will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance.Reporting directly to the COO, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Tracking invoices, expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company
- Providing regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
- Ensuring timely processing of VAT, payroll and other SARS related obligations
- Ensuring all company sectorial work (CIPC) and other company documents are managed
