- Source prospective tenants
- Handle rental queries
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Collect required documentation (applications, FICA, etc.)
- Execute move-in and move-out inspections
- Identify and follow up on all maintenance issues
- 2 years relevant experience
- Experience dealing with tenants and owners
- Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
- Computer literate
- Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority member
- PDE4 advantage
- Own transport
- Willing / able to work after hours and / or week-ends
