Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. Additionally, you will be supporting medical devices.Proclinical is an award-winning global Life Sciences recruitment business dedicated to helping great Life Sciences partners grow. As a continuously expanding international staffing company, we are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our exceptional sales training program. We partner with Life Science companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology sectors, placing the most specialized candidates into senior-level, specialist positions.Every day you will

• Identifying, approaching, and attracting prospect candidates within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies
• Consistently hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs in order to exceed targets
• Attending client briefings and feedback calls to develop understanding around client requirements and suitable profiles
• Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings, and interviewing potential candidates

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

• Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Account Management
• Evidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilience
• A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
• Computer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline research
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain customer focused
