Job Description

POSITION: PermanentCOMMENCEMENT: ASAPPURPOSE OF POSITION:Ensure that all pharmaceutical and related activities undertaken and/or under consideration are compliant with accepted national and international principles and conditions of any licenses and legislation as well as any corporate guidelines. To ensure continuity of supply of products to customers.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
• 2-3 years' experience in Wholesale Pharmacy
• Work experience in a sterile environment preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP, cGDP and cGWP
• General Management
• Project Management
• Computer literacy
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance is adhere to (Compliance with the Medicines and related substances act and the Pharmacy act)
• Warehouse Management and control
• Budget control
• Staff Management
• Responsible for ensuring the profession of pharmacy practice is in compliance with the legal requirements pertaining to the operation
• Responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operations remain in compliance with licensing requirements
• Oversee training to ensure on-going training regarding cGMP /cGWP and GDP is effective
