The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as capturing invoices, managing stock counts, and overseeing recipe management. This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently, manage their time efficiently, and ensure that tasks are completed without oversight. Key Responsibilities: Capture and process invoices for all three restaurants (Marble, Saint, and Zioux).Perform regular stock counts and track inventory levels.Manage and update recipe information across all restaurants.Travel daily between the three restaurant locations to carry out administrative duties.Take responsibility for individual tasks and complete them without direct supervision.Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative processes are running smoothly.
