Job Description
Babylonstoren, located just outside Franschhoek, requires the services of a passionate and professional restaurant manager to join the team.
Requirements :
A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12). Relevant tertiary qualification. At least two years' experience as restaurant manager. Wine knowledge and/or courses passed would be advantageous. Client service experience is essential. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Must be available to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays). Must have own transport. Must be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Manage staff. Liaise between FOH and BOH as needed. Ensure an exceptional culinary experience for all guests.
