Restaurant Floor Manager

Job Description
A Restaurant based on the West Rand is looking for a Floor Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations on the restaurant floor.Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Greeting and seating guests
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Managing waitstaff, bartenders, and other front-of-house employees
- Overseeing the smooth running of the dining area during service hours
- Coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house staff for timely food delivery
- Monitoring inventory of supplies
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and managing inventory
- Must reside in or close to West Rand (not negotiable due to hours that can change at short notice)
