Night Shift Restaurant General Manager Wanted - 6 Nights a Week (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)

dedicated and experienced Night Shift General Manager

to lead our front-of-house operations with confidence, passion, and precision.

Schedule:

6 nights per week (including weekends & public holidays)

Position:

Full-Time - Start 16th June 2025 or tbc

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Overseeing

all front-of-house operations

during night shifts Recruiting, onboarding, and training

front-of-house staff

Providing exceptional

customer service

and handling guest concerns with professionalism Managing shift schedules, staff performance, and team motivation Ensuring smooth nightly operations and high service standards Handling nightly cash-ups, reports, and administrative duties Working closely with the kitchen and senior management to uphold brand values Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What We're Looking For:

5 years Previous

General Manager or senior FOH management experience

in a high-volume restaurant Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays Knowledge of POS systems, rostering software, and operational reporting
