  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.
Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Conduct inventory management and order supplies as needed.
Menu and Quality Control:
  • Work with chefs to develop and update menus.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Implement and maintain portion control and waste reduction practices.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Manage social media accounts and promotional campaigns.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, payroll, and transactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare regular reports for ownership or senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant management best practices.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary education is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant management.
