Job SummaryOur client, a fast growing upmarket hospitality group, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and possess exceptional leadership skills and a hunger to build a new and soon to be loved family restaurant in an exceptional settingResponsibilities*- Oversee daily restaurant operations- Manage and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Monitor food preparation and presentation- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Implement and uphold food safety standards- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
