Restaurant Manager

An exclusive eco lodge is looking for a RESTAURANT MANAGER to join their team at their fine dining restaurantCandidate requirements:

Grade 12
Must be fluent in English (verbal & written)
Must be computer literate
Skilful in Project/task planning
Highly organised
Be able to adapt quickly
2 - 3 years of previous restaurant management experience or a similar role in the hospitality industry at a similar establishment
Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
Good knowledge of food and beverages, including dietaries, bar and wine varietals; WSET or similar wine knowledge certificate course is vital.
Team management & training abilities
Must be well-presented and have a strong customer service orientation
Ability to learn details quickly (menus/wine list etc.)
Live out. Needs to live near Addo Park
6 days on, 1 day off.
