Requirements: Micros System Experience required 3 years experience in a management position in a restaurant/hotel Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet. Well spoken and presented individual. Strong leader who can oversee employees. Grade12 and computer literate. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
