Job Summary
- Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 35 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star lodge, luxury resort, or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong background in food and beverage service with excellent wine knowledge.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional leadership and staff management skills.
- Strong guest service orientation and ability to handle high-end clientele.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to live on-site at the lodge.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid drivers license (preferred).
