Job Summary

  • Education:
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 35 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star lodge, luxury resort, or fine-dining establishment.
  • Strong background in food and beverage service with excellent wine knowledge.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional leadership and staff management skills.
  • Strong guest service orientation and ability to handle high-end clientele.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to live on-site at the lodge.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid drivers license (preferred).
