- 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Must have experience within a 5 star establishment
- Speak Afrikaans and English (Essential)
- In-depth knowledge of Cost of Sales (Essential)
- Waiter management
- Stock and inventory management
- Menu planning
- Experience with Standard operating procedures within the industry.
