Job Summary RESTAURANT MANGER LIMPOPO PROVINCE This position requires a person with the below experience You would need to be passionate about staying in the Bushveld - Post includes on site accommodation General Scope of the position - Provide high level of customer service and the efficient Performance of restaurant activities Ensure efficiency and smooth running of the restaurant Ensure optimal levels of stock, financial planning and overall management of the Restaurant Main duties include - Daily Management of restaurant staff. Manage restaurant income and expenses according to budget and profits. Month-end procedures, GP's, Budgets and stock take Plan restaurant stock level, pricing & ordering of stock Liaise with clients/ departments and suppliers. Marketing and Check deliveries Maintain hygienic standards Filing and other related administrative work. Implementation of the Company's Financial and HR Policies and Procedures. Implementation of the Company's Health and Safety regulations Evaluation of department performance, Finance & Staff performance. Planning of staff rosters and leave. Displaying of products and Restaurant layout. Liaise with various departments. Conduct training needs analysis and in-house training of the staff. Receiving of GRV's and processing it. Financial system - Cuisine (Advantageous), Word, Excel, Email experience required Upload and download of sales information.
