Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high efficiency and organisation.
• Lead and manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
• Monitor food and beverage services, coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and quality service.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering, maintaining optimal stock levels while managing costs effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, maintaining a positive rapport with patrons.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and analyse restaurant performance, implementing necessary improvements to meet financial targets.
• Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Respond swiftly to changes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
