• Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

• Stays informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury dining concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or fine dining establishment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.

• Availability to work shifts.
