Job Description


Position: Restaurant ManagerLocation: Addo, Eastern CapePreferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Food Safety and Hospitality Management is advantageous
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
Minimum Qualification Criteria:
  • Matric
  • 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Basic accounting and financial management skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and visibility
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Analyze sales data and adjust operations accordingly
  • Train and develop staff to enhance performance and knowledge
  • Monitor and control labour and operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
