Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager at a well-established restaurant based in Rosebank. The Manager will be responsible for P&L Management, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, overseeing Customer Service, Budgeting, Hiring and overall assistant management of the restaurantQualifications & Requirements
- P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and overseeing Customer Service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Bachelor''''s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous
- Own vehicle
- Fine Dining experience
