Dynamic opportunity exists for outgoing, bubbly person with at least 2-3 years experience in the Hospitality industry to take on Restaurant Operations Manager role for creative, vibrant cafe in Ballito. Must be willing to work longer hours - Retail / Restaurant hours.Responsibilities will include developing budgets, controlling operational costs, recording payroll data, managing a team of staff, creating schedules, supervision of shifts, delegating tasks, hiring staff, and providing exceptional customer service.Requirements:2-3 years experience in the hospitality industryAble to work independentlyStrong customer service skillsCreative, outgoing, bubbly personalityAble to teach creative classesNon-smokerOwn transport Apply:
