Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to stand for extended periods.

Duties will include but not limited to
Restaurant operations day to day Answering phone / making bookings / assisting with general queries
Processing guest payments
Printing and handling of Restaurant accounts
Dealing with guest complaints
Managing a team of approximately 10 staff members
Delegating daily Restaurant duties for waiters - cleaning / setting tables / setup of function venues
Working on Semper POS system as well as reservations systems
Some shifts might have some elements of Reservations reception - checking in guests / checking out guests / assisting with queries * Previous experience in functions not a must but would give a large advantage
Assisting Restaurant Manager on duty with any additional tasks given
Willing to work shifts (morning OR afternoon shift)
Willing to work weekends / holidays
