Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables- Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner- Ensure tables are cleared and reset for the next guests- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environmentQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred- Excellent customer service skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist others- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
