Since our client has been in business, they have developed some of the most iconic buildings around Gauteng and throughout South Africa. With a very strong pipeline of retail projects, they are currently looking to beef up their specialist development skills with someone who has spent at least 7 years developing shopping centres. By this we mean a degree holder (construction / quantity surveying) who has focused on greenfield mall projects; who has been responsible for both the pre-contract packaging as well as construction phase delivery of a minimum of 4 sites. You can expect full oversight and accountability, a "grown up" working environment and generous upsides for excellent performance.
