Relevant qualification
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
10 yearsxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99 proven experience as axc3x82 Retail/Salesxc3x82 Managerxc3x82 or in a similar leadership role
Strong understanding ofxc3x82 retailxc3x82 operations, sales principles, and customer service practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong administrational & financial skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficient in usingxc3x82 retailxc3x82 management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work under pressure
Own transport

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead, motivate, and train a team ofxc3x82 retailxc3x82 staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and effective merchandising.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
Management of food safety standards with quality team
Create and execute marketing or promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
