Job Description
You will drive top-line sales growth across designated brands through strategic site selection, lease negotiation, and market expansion.This role requires a seasoned professional with:
- Minimum ten years of experience in real estate, preferably within the retail sector
- Including a minimum of five years in lease negotiations and four years in management.
- Proven ability to identify high-potential locations, negotiate commercially sound lease agreements, and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- A strong leader with a track record in managing multiple business demands.
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen.
- The ability to foster relationships with senior executives and industry stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in site analysis, contract development, and sales-driven property strategies is essential.
- The role requires outstanding planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office for commercial analysis and reporting.
