Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming stock and deliveries.
  • Verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of received goods.
  • Report and manage discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages.
  • Collaborate with the stockroom and sales teams to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Ensure all received goods are stored properly and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in cycle counting and stock management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required by the job.
