Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their inquiries and purchases. Provide detailed information on products and services. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Handle customer complaints and return processes efficiently. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations. Stay informed about new products and services.

Requirements:

High school diploma or NQFlv4 equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
