The Role:

We are looking for high-energy, persuasive and customer focused

Retail Sales Associates

, who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. You will be at the forefront of our mall-based kiosks, actively engaging with customers, educating them about our subscription model and driving sales. If you have a strong selling instinct and have worked in a target driven environment, then this position is for you!

Key Role & Responsibilities:

Actively approach and engage mall shoppers to introduce them to tour subscription-based product offerings. Educate customers about how our subscription model works, products and offers. Assist customers with inquiries and concerns, providing clear and helpful information. Ensuring you are 100% versed in daily operations with regard to verification and fulfillment procedures and guide customers accordingly. Assist with set up and shut down as well as stock take to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times. Actively keeping track of sales performance against target. Housekeeping duties and ensuring the sales area is clean and tidy at all times. Being an ambassador for our brand and offering an amazing customer experience. Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field 2 Years experience in retail and sales. Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Knowledge and experience in technology, retail and sales. Experience and love for working in a target driven environment.
