RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced RETAIL SALES MANAGER for a large concern, position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.JOB DESCRIPTIONGrade 12.Valid drivers license / own vehicle.Relevant qualification/s in Business or similar.Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).5+ yrs previous working experience in a similar position / retail sales management experience.Previous experience in managing and leading teams.Budget and financial management.Stakeholder engagement and management.Inventory management.Tailoring shopper marketing campaigns according to insights from consumers.Delivering activation plans that span the entire shopper journey.Tracking and reporting results of various in store marketing campaigns.Special promotions implementation, display, activation taking to the next level in store.In store execution of competitions and promotions, eg.
