A well-established Company in Somerset West, Western Cape is looking to employ a Retail Sales Person.A leading retailer of products relating to hunting and other outdoor activities is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and creative Sales Professional with a demonstrated history of success in retail environments.Your passion for sales and commitment to excellence will be key in driving my clients business forward.The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of achieving sales goals and be eager to contribute to our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue.-Oversee product merchandising, pricing, promotional activities, and inventory management.-Offer superior customer service by addressing queries, solving problems and providing exceptional advice.-Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee a cohesive customer journey.-Stay abreast of retail trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities and foster innovation.-Take part in the annual stock take.-Maintain a clean and organized store environment always.
Qualifications:-Minimum of 3 year of retail sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting sales objectives.-Background in a physical retail setting.-Matric certificate required/tertiary degree advantageous,
Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.-Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.-A keen interest in all things outdoors from camping to hunting.Company Benefits:-Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and uncapped commissions.You must be able to commute to Somerset West or be willing to relocate.
