Retail Store Manager V&A Waterfront Cape Town
Our fashion brand client in V&A is looking for a retail store manager with 3-5 store manager experience in retail clothing fashion brands.
Salary up to R 25000 working shifts
Min Requirements
Matric
3-5 years of retail store management experience as a store manager
Excellent in stock handling and customer service
Great track record
Be able to work shifts including rotating weekends
Reporting abilities to communicate frequently to head office
Staff management and training abilities
HR experience
Responsibilities
Managing and operating the retail store from day to day
Stock ordering and control
Managing staff and all HR-related issues
Sales and profit-driven
Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
Excellent Customer Service orientate
