R18 000 to R20 000 a month

A well-known FMCG store franchise requires an experienced Store Manager to effectively plan, control and monitor the performance of the store and staff to ensure it operates at an optimal level

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification in retail management preferred
4+ years' experience in all aspects of day-to-day running and managing of a store specific to retail outlets
MS Office suite and other ERP systems
Prepared to work long hours
Great customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Department targets and profitability of all departments
Manage Staff
Manage Stock
Manage targets and profitability
Pricing and POS Systems
Manage Promotions
Ensure that strict Hygiene & Housekeeping standards are always maintained
Ensure that Service Excellence is maintained at all times
Open and close the store
