  • Undertake retentions data analysis and interpretation
  • Undertake retentions related investigations
  • Provide retentions recommendations and reporting
  • Drive and implement retentions actions and strategies within the business
  • Enable the application of technology within the function
  • Provide effective People Management (Retention Specialists)
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
What will make you successful in this role?Qualification & experience
  • Grade 12
  • Financial services experience in distribution, preferably call centre environment
  • Experience and/or qualification in data analysis
  • Team management experience
Knowledge and skillsIT:
  • MS: Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP) ~ Excel at intermediate to advanced level
  • Share Point
  • Sentrix/D365
  • Relevant MIS's
  • Data analysis tools
Business:
  • Financial Services knowledge (distribution)
  • SD business and operating model
  • SD sales, contract/policy and NB processes
  • SD product knowledge
  • Relevant regulatory legislation and compliance knowledge (i.e.: TCF, POPIA)
  • Retention methodology/philosophy and strategy
  • Retention processes, practices and governances
  • Collections processes, practices and governances
  • Underwriting requirements linked to SD products
