A entertainment company is currently seeking a Revenue Administrator to join their finance team.As a Revenue Administrator you will responsible for the following:
- Monitor the Central Electronic Monitoring System (CEMS) for adjustments, queries, and cash-ups.
- Record and track site queries related to cash-up discrepancies, documenting all stages of investigation and resolution.
- Utilize technical expertise in CEMS reporting, QlikView, GGR Statistics, and CRM to implement processes and procedures.
- Analyze significant variances in machine or site GGR.
- Collect and analyze revenue and gameplay data from the Central Monitoring System.
- Conduct detailed analysis of gameplay data and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc data sourcing and analysis for key games, machines, and licensed sites.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations set by relevant regulatory authorities.
Completed Matric
Excellent presentation skills would be advantageous
Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a similar position
