Drive accuracy and compliance in my client's revenue operationsxe2x80x94join them as a Revenue Administrator!My client is looking for a Revenue Administrator to manage and analyze critical revenue data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across their operations.This role is based in Milnerton, Northern Suburbs in Cape Town.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Systems: Oversee the System to manage adjustments, address queries, and handle cash-ups.
- Query Management: Record and track all site-related queries concerning cash-up variances, including the investigation and resolution process.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge in Systems reporting, QlikView, GGR statistics, and CRM to implement and refine processes and procedures.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of significant machine or site GGR variances to ensure accuracy.
- Data Gathering & Reporting: Collect and analyze revenue and data from the System, and present timely reports to stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data sourcing and analysis of key games, machines, and licensed sites as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations as set by relevant regulatory authorities.
- Matric qualification
- Relevant experience in revenue management, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in CEMS, QlikView, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
