Our vibey studio offices are based at in Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa.Your role as part of the iX TeamiX is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for optimising our revenue strategies and improving our financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining our revenue operations, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.This role presents a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, well-established South African company with an international market, and make an impact on the lives of thousands of people each year through experiential education.The Revenue Operations Manager of iXperience will bring together the disparate elements of sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success under one umbrella to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.The primary objective will be to ensure that each part of the business is working towards the same goals. This integrated approach will maximise the effectiveness of the full revenue cycle, spanning from initial customer outreach to ongoing service and support.More specifically, you'll be responsible for:

  • Aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer success through cultivating a harmonious business environment with cross-functional teams..
  • Optimization and refining the processes that touch every part of the customer's journey to drive sustained business growth.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes for revenue tracking and analysis to drive business growth.
  • Manage CRM and other revenue-intelligence tools to scale efficiently and derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Data management and Analytics -ensure data accuracy; oversee the collection, validation and interpretation of data to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Provide clear financial projections through effective management of revenue streams and forecasting for future performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and risk mitigation through effective management.
