Job SummaryYour Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of schematic, concept, and detailed designs for MEP systems.
Create and manage technical plans, specifications, and workshop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Implement BIM workflows, including family creation, templates, and project coordination.
Conduct clash detection reports using Navisworks and perform QA/QC reviews.
Carry out detailed site surveys to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Supervise installation of building systems, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

What Were Looking For:

A qualification in engineering, building services, or a related field (Advanced Diploma preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential).
Experience in MEP design, modeling, and coordination.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
A valid driving license is an advantage.
