Role Summary:PwC South Africa is seeking an analytical and dynamic accounting graduate to join our Reward Practice, which is a specialist team within the firms wider Tax and Legal Department. Our team helps organisations set their compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and employee performance. As a member of our team, youll help our clients determine their compensation structures with a specific focus on the analytical aspects thereof.Qualifications / Certifications required:Accounting graduates who successfully completed an NQF Level 8 Qualification (BCom
Honours Degree) majoring in any of the below:

xefx82xb7 Financial Accounting: e.g. BCom / Accounting Honours Degree
xefx82xb7 Tax Accounting: e.g. BCom Honours DegreeExperience required:Newly graduated students will be considered.Responsibilities of role:xefx82xb7 Collecting and analysing remuneration data for PwCs internal remunerationdatabase;
xefx82xb7 Performing executive and non-executive director benchmarking and assistance in determining an appropriate comparator group;
xefx82xb7 Conducting critical reviews of clients remuneration practices, and drafting papers including review outcomes and recommendations for new structures to clients (both executive management and remuneration committees);
xefx82xb7 Drafting of market practice papers on various elements of remuneration
xefx82xb7 Performing indicative financial modelling for variable incentive schemes to assist clients in understanding the cost versus benefit implications thereof;
xefx82xb7 Performing various wage gap analysis to assist clients with their fair pay analysis
xefx82xb7 Assistance with the so-called single figure remuneration reporting;
xefx82xb7 An awareness of topical issues surrounding executive reward, both globally and locally, and the preparation of communication material to remuneration committees regarding this information, as well as providing ongoing advice;
xefx82xb7 Managing client relationships (under the supervision of more senior staff);
xefx82xb7 Project managing client engagements;
xefx82xb7 Responsibility for risk management procedures and managing costs/fees;
xefx82xb7 Attending client meetings;
