- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field (Masters or certifications like CFA, FRM preferred).
- Proven expertise in ICAAP/ILAAP, capital and liquidity management, stress testing, and risk frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and capital planning.
